Return & Refund Policy – Turbomaxx

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at turbomaxxindia@gmail.com with your order details.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or worn items (not due to our fault)

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Products without proof of purchase

  • Sale items and gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or tampering will not be accepted

  • Return requests made after the 10-day period will not be accepted

  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues with devices not listed in the product description
