  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days across India

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can track your order in real-time

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Courier partner issues

  • Unexpected circumstances beyond our control

Turbomaxx is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Address changes may not be possible after order confirmation

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept order

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional charges.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders

  • We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping

  • Orders may be cancelled if verification fails

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if possible), or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
